I have developed signature trainings on topics such as positive psychology coaching, coaching for teams, personal and team leadership, diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias, and rethinking teams: how to navigate conflict or dynamic membership.
My training approach is rooted in experiential learning, using the simple, yet effective method of “learning by doing,” I integrate embodied, applied elements with reflection to make complex knowledge accessible and practical.
Strong theoretical foundation: every session is backed up by the scientific knowledge I accumulated as a researcher on team dynamics.
