As a client-centred psychologist, I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), systemic work, and constellation therapy. By combining these methods, I help clients gain deeper insights into their challenges, understand the broader context of their experiences, and develop practical strategies for meaningful change.
With a background in work psychology, I support clients navigating personal and professional challenges, helping them build resilience and improve their well-being in all aspects of life.

Common topics in my practice: work-life balance, procrastination, work efficiency, burn-out, toxic work, family or romantic relationships, navigating changes, depressive or anxious symptoms, among many more.
I do not work with pathological cases or substance addictions.
