I am an individual & team coach practitioner accredited by NOBCO and EMCC.

I received my initial coaching certification at the University of Groningen, following a course that I teach at the moment.
I offer individual or group coaching & coaching supervision for beginner coaches.
I tailor my coaching to each individual, empowering them to cultivate fulfilling relationships—whether in their personal life, with colleagues, or in leadership roles where they navigate both self-management and guiding others.
I use a holistic approach, drawing from various methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC), Acceptance and Commitment Coaching (ACC), Mindfulness, Compassionate Mind Coaching, Systemic Coaching and Positive Psychology Coaching.
How does it work?
I prioritize building a strong rapport with my clients. In this safe context, I use clear and impactful questions to uncover behavioural, thinking or feeling patterns. I challenge clients to think outside the box by offering fresh perspectives on what they believe they already know. This dynamic often helps my clients move forward from a place where they were stuck.

Who do I work with?
My main target group is young professionals (i.e., people who work with people across various fields and in various positions).
As I am a part-time university lecturer, hence very familiar with students’ challenges, I also offer tailored coaching to students. (*who are not psychology students to avoid conflict of interest).
